SchoolPix, a successful and reputable school and preschool photography business, seeks a self-motivated and confident individual to expand our business in the Albury/Wodonga region. Recently established, the SchoolPix Albury/Wodonga Regional Office has enjoyed considerable success in building a presence in the region and generating a comprehensive database of leads. Your role will be to capitalise on the foundations established by converting existing leads, generating new leads and providing an outstanding level of service to the school communities in this region.

We have built a reputation for delivering quality products and services through our frontline team of outstanding photographers and fabulous support staff.
This is an exciting dual role creating and converting sales leads, growing the business and providing excellent photography services. Based initially from your home in the Albury/Wodonga region, this autonomous role will have flexible working hours ranging between 25 to 40 hours per week and may be offered on a full time, part time or casual basis. We will also consider a subcontractor agreement for an established photography looking to supplement his/her own business income. Geographic areas serviced include, but are not limited to, Albury, Beechworth, Benalla, Bright, Holbrook, Shepparton, Wagga Wagga, Wangaratta and Wodonga.
Responsibilities include:
- Building relationships and generating sales in the school photography market
- Providing information, samples and service to potential customers
- Acting as the principal photographer on all jobs
- Providing a positive experience for school staff and students on photography day
- Demonstrating excellent customer service at all times
Essential to this role, you will demonstrate:
- Excellent sales experience including lead generation
- Professional photography experience, preferably in school photography
- Strong customer service experience
- Sound attention to detail
- Reliability and punctuality
- The ability to work autonomously
- Excellent time management skills
- A willingness to learn and comply with all SchoolPix policies, processes and methodologies
- An ability to work under pressure
- An outgoing, fun, passionate personality and the ability to easily connect with people
You must have a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle and be willing to travel within the stated geographic area. A current Working with Children Check will also be necessary for this role.
Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience and will include a commission component.
